What 

The house has 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom for 2 adults with a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 children and one family room which can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, both rooms having their separate bathroom. It has a comfortable living space with a fully equipped kitchen, and is surrounded by large terraces. A typical courtyard is also at your disposal at the back of the house, guarded by the traditional wood oven.

Both rooms are equipped with AC devices. For the winter months a stove will warm you up during the cooler evenings. You can park your cars inside the garden which closes with a gate. The whole property can be closed safely.

KEY FEATURES

The house is situated at a 5 mins walking distance from the center of the village. The village of Psinthos counts many fine Tavernas so you won’t need to take your car to go out and eat, all Tavernas being in walking distance. Supermarkets are also presents in the village as well as a pharmacy. You will also find in the local bakery shop traditional sourdough breads as well as vegetables grown by a local producer.

The house is surrounded by big terrasses and a nice lemon tree garden, plenty of space to relax, read a book, take some sun or enjoy a glass of ouzo surrounded by nature.

The island of Rhodes hosts the famous Dama Dama deers and at sunset, you will be able to see them from the end of the garden as they come down the slopes looking for water.
